About Denovan

Denovan graduated from Thomas College, Waterville, Maine, in 1984, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, and a MBA in 1986. Denovan was employed by Allen Daniel Assoc., in Boston, Massachusetts before joining Avatar Communities Florida Land Sales Division in 1988 as a Salesperson. Within a year and a half he was promoted to Sales Manager, where he developed his own Sales Team and was instrumental in putting together various strategic marketing and sales programs, which dramatically improved sales and profitability.. Donovan joined Creative Properties Inc. in 1991 as a Senior Sales Manager. He developed, trained and managed various sales programs that assisted Banks and other Financial Institutions to liquidate and manage Foreclosed Properties. Denovan resigned in January 1997 to start Crystal Realty Assoc., Inc. Denovan is a member of Greater Boston Real Estate Board and National Association of Realtors. Denovan is also an Accredited Buyer Rep Manager and a GRI candidate.
